The Sting

Here is the finished painting I did for last semesters Illustrator's Heritage class. The assignment was to make a Saturday Evening Post cover based on the movie "The Sting"

Step 1: first layer

This is my first oil painting since 2003! All in all, I think things are off to a good start. The first layer of paint is on. I began the second layer this evening and will post it later this week.

Graveyard

Hello all,

Here is my most recent piece of art. It was done specifically to illustrate a song for this fantastic new band named Raccoon Fighter. The song, entitled "Graveyard", sparked my imagination and moved my art into a new direction. I really enjoyed painting this image. I feel as though I may try and marry my realistic artwork with my colorfully whimsical approach and see what new and uncharted artistic journey it takes me on.

Fuel House

Fuel House is a coffee shop/deli/venue back in my hometown of Vineland, NJ. The new hot spot to grab cup of joe, lunch and listen to up and coming musicians. I was asked by a friend to design a logo that encapsulates Fuel House. This is what I came up with so far..
